Meet Caleb and Allison
The last 4 years have been nothing short of a wild adventure for Alli and I (Caleb). We got married on May 6th, 2020 and the next day were on the road for Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Not quite the honeymoon we had imagined. God moved in some amazing ways during our time in Sioux Falls. After leaving South Dakota, we entered into an unknown season. A season defined by faith, trust, and obedience. We began to dream about what it would look like for us to plant a church.
Church planting has been on Caleb’s heart since 2017, and I (Allison) had really fallen in love with the idea. Neither of us could have imagined that church planting was the next step we would be taking. God tends to work like that, probably because it both gives him a good laugh and it leaves no room for anyone to get credit but Him.
God has given us a dream to reach people outside the walls of a church building. The number of people who won’t attend a church service is growing, but the number of people who need the Church hasn’t changed. Our dream is to start a church planting movement of simple churches, what we will call collectives, all over the city. Our mission is to see the Church planted in every possible place through every possible person. The Church isn’t the building, or the name, or even the staff. The Church is every person who is a disciple of Jesus making disciples in the world around us.

Synergy Collective (Synergy Co.) is a network of micro-churches called “collectives.” We are the church in our homes, workplaces, and community. We are disciples of Jesus making disciples of Jesus as we do life together with others.
Synergy Co. is passionate about making Jesus known through intentional relationships, disciple-making, and pursuing life transformation in Jesus. This counter-cultural community will be what marks our people.
We are committed to following Jesus, being changed by Jesus, and living out the mission of Jesus. We understand we are partners with Jesus in expanding the Church, in new spaces and communities, so that everyone can experience the new life He offers.

We exist create transformative environments where people can build community, discover their purpose, and ultimately encounter Jesus. We believe that building relationships and providing a sense of belonging is essential to sharing the message of Jesus, and we are committed to creating opportunities for people of all backgrounds to explore their faith in a safe and nurturing space.
Through transformation, intercession, mobilization, and celebration we aim to help people deepen their understanding of God's love and cultivate a flourishing relationship with Jesus that will last for generations.
